Elevate your pour-over experience with the Kalita MINO, a beautifully crafted 3-hole ceramic dripper that combines elegance with performance. Made in Japan, the MINO’s natural satin finish and slightly weathered look bring warmth and rustic charm to any café or home. Its neutral, earthy tones create a cozy atmosphere while offering a fresh new take on the classic Kalita design.
Crafted using the traditional Mino ware technique from Japan’s Gifu Prefecture, the MINO undergoes a meticulous process. This includes precise “chrysanthemum kneading” for a smooth texture, potter’s wheel shaping, slow drying, bisque firing, glazing, and a final high-temperature glost firing. This artisanal craftsmanship ensures that each MINO dripper is a handcrafted piece that marries classic artistry with contemporary brewing needs.
The MINO utilizes Kalita 185 Wave filters, designed for foolproof, even extractions. The unique 20-wave filter and dripper work in harmony to minimize contact between water and filter, allowing for an even flow. The flat-bottom, 3-hole design prevents any build-up, ensuring each brew is free from bitterness and full of rich, balanced flavor.

Made of minoware clay, the Origami Dripper carries 400 years of history of minoware production of the Gifu region, famous for its washi paper and pottery.
Minoware is a ceramic-making technique some 400-500 years old and only a few dozen artisans left in Japan still know the craft. By purchasing a Origami Dripper, you are bringing this rich tradition into your coffee brewing routine.
Excellent Brewer compatible with both wave and conical style filters
Made with high density clay, the Origami has excellent heat retaining properties. When used with the conical filter, the 20 folds encourages faster brew time by enabling faster airflow. When used with a wave style filter, it can be used as a flatbed brewer.

OUR STORY
We started this journey not with a business plan, but with a shared passion — the kind that keeps the soul of each bean alive.
Our coffee journey began thousands of miles away in the highlands of Guatemala where morning mist clings to the coffee plants and the workday begins long before the sun rises. We set out unsure of what we’d find or what awaited us — learning from roastmasters and farmers, soaking in their knowledge, and discovering the story behind every bean.
We roast for the wanderers — those who find joy and aren’t afraid of the unfamiliar. For the movers and shakers — those chasing dreams, pushing boundaries, and needing fuel for the next step. For the everyday person who knows that life’s journey is better with a great cup of coffee in their hand.
